Medico-Legal and RAF Assessments

Medico-legal assessments (expert opinion) provide an independent assessment for Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims and medical negligence matters relating to public liability and common law.

Medico-legal assessments provide sound evidence and recommendations from which to make informed decisions regarding compensation matters that may be upheld in a court of law.

Assessments are carried out by our highly experienced psychologists, OT and Chiropractor where necessary.
